How does it work? Lets Home Providers have a proven track record of consistantly achieving greater rates of growth of their property portfolio than the national average. Through careful planning and maximising the oppertunities we are able to offer greater rates of return to you, our clients.
Funds are placed into a legally binding 'partnership' agreement with percentage equity apportioned depending upon the investment value of the partner. Periodically, the partnerships are amended to account for thoose member wishing to leave and thoose new members wishing to join with the appropriate investment value being taken from the partnership funds.
We manage and invest the funds of the partnerships in investment property throughout the UK, and in accordance with our partnership policies. The management costs and fees are deducted from the partnership fund.
For the guarented return rates of our Long term schemes, you will need to invest a minimum of £30,000 and commit your investment to a minimum term of five years. After which you may choose to withdraw just your initial investment; or the total amount including gains.
The Long Term scheme is 'without benefits', which means there are no 'mid term' or 'interim payments'. We have however a Short Term scheme, which provides monthly payments in addition. This can be useful if you have refinanced your own home and normally more than covers the additional cost of the advance - pretty much money for nothing!
