Services
Accurate
and documented inventories are very time consuming to prepare, but essential to
safe guard your property throughout the term of a tenancy. Our inventory
services include the initial preparation of a full written inventory, which
details every last item and includes status of both fixed furnishings, loose
items and decoration. Our inventory clerk will visit your premises and take a
detailed record of the inventory items which will then be typed and bound. We
provide two copies to you, one for tenancy check in and a further copy for your
records and inventory check out at tenancy termination. Additionally we can
provide an inventory 'check-in' and 'check-out' service with your inbound and
outbound tenants.
FEES:
Full
inventory preparation 10% monthly rental value (subject to a minimum of £80.00)
Inventory
'check-in' and 'check-out' (only available with our inventory preparation
service) £35.00/per check
Fees

To use the service you
have to be a registered landlord with us (click HERE) to register and
obtain your Landlord reference number. If you are registered
with us simply complete the form below and we shall confirm acceptance
of your instruction by return. Please note to use this 'online' facility we
