GUARANTEED SALE - HOW IT WORKS

For a limited period to only when you register your home for sales with us, we will guarantee to sell it within a maximum of  twelve weeks!

Initially we shall visit your property and provide a market appraisal of its value FREE OF CHARGE. This is not necessarily the initial Marketing value of the property but will reflect the suggested marketing value at the time of our appraisal. In addition we will provide a guaranteed value for your property.

If we have not secured an acceptable offer within twelve weeks from the date of the agreement, we will provide confirmation of an offer at the agreed guaranteed value for your property.  This will then proceed as per a normal sale through yours and and the purchases conveyances.

GUARANTEED SALE - THE PROCESS

Simply complete the following registration page and we shall contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit your property for a Free market appraisal.

We shall then ask you to sign a simple agreement to allow us to begin marketing your property and upon receipt of this we shall begin by producing full colour property details; contacting all relevant purchases registered with us; erecting a 'for sales' board at the property and begin a press campaign.

The twelve week period will begin once we have received your signed agreement and approval of the property details.
